Welcome to the Atasca Oaks website! This site is where you will find all information that pertains to the Home Owners Association.
The Home Owners Association is charged with the responsibility of maintaining the property values within our Subdivision. These goals are accomplished by maintaining their aesthetic appearance of the neighborhood. The Association maintains the aesthetics of the individual homes by enforcing the Protective Covenants (Deed Restrictions). The Atasca Oaks Estates Association funds these activities by way of an annual assessment. The Board of Directors has created this website in the hope that the residents of our community can become informed and educated to the activities of the Association and the community around them.
Office Closure Notice – July 3rd
Please be advised that the HOA Management Office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, in observance of the upcoming Independence Day holiday.
Our office will resume normal business hours on Monday, and we are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
